Brand new construction custom built by the owner. The Trappers cabin will take you back to a time long ago with its wood walls & rustic feel surrounded by wildlife mounts. Whether you are coming to town to fish the local creeks or Lake Erie, go on a hiking, or covered bridge tour or simply relaxing on a vacation, we have the place for you.

Weekend getaway in Erie

We had a wonderful time. We rented both cabins which worked out well for our family. Close to water park, zoo and fishing. The owner was super nice. Would highly recommend!!

Great accommodations, clean and spacious. Has everything you need for a great getaway for some steelhead fishing. Located near some of the best steelhead fishing Erie has to offer.

Thanksgiving Fishing Getaway

The cabin was so comfy and cozy. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The place was very clean and we had a great 5 days relaxing and fishing around the area.

Nice duplex cabin in the country

Very nice and well kept cabin.cabin was back off the highway and had everything we needed. It also had plenty of room for our boat.Cabin is connected to another cabin which is great for two families to vacation together

Weekend away in Erie

We had a great long weekend away in Erie. Trappers Cabin was clean comfortable and just what we were looking for. It was not far to Presque Isle Bay, restaurants and wineries. Thank you, we would definitely book again.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend away! The cabin was clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials, and plenty of towels. It is well located for great fishing spots but not far from Presque isle. We really enjoyed the local shops, mini golf, and restaurants. The fire pit was perfect for the cooler evening and smores.

Great property for annual fishing trip to Lake Erie. My #1 go to place when I come to Lake Erie to fish out of walnut creek. The property is always clean and well designed and set up for our needs. Outstanding property!! Best VRBO property I have stayed in meeting or exceeding all expectations.

Great Cabin

We had a great stay at Jeff's cabin last week. The place was easy to find and set back from the road enough to eliminate any road noise. It was very clean and had everything we needed (lots and lots of towels!!) The a/c was wonderful during the heatwave.

Cute little cabin

We stayed here because my son had a soccer tournament in Erie. The cabin was super cute and clean. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 kids. We enjoyed the fire pit each night. We also found a few good fishing spots close by. We would definitely return.

Lake Erie Fishing Trip

Jeff and his wife were excellent hosts. There was a bit of confusion with our dates but they went out of their way to make everything just right. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else looking for a great place to stay while visiting Erie.
