This spacious and very well maintained 4 Br home is the perfect place to stay while in Erie. Walk trail overlooks bay and perfect location to watch the sunset. You will see the host has managed to maintained many of the original charms and characters (Gorgeous hardwood floor, trims, pocket doors and the original 110 year old kitchen cabinet was refinished and brought back to life. At the same time modern touches and amenities adds to the experience. We hope that you find peace and enjoyment in this beautiful home and your stay in Erie.

Just okay
Had to call to get code to get in. It was cold out and the heat wasn’t on and no instructions on how it worked. Couldn’t get main channels on tv, called the host, she gave a suggestion and said if that didn’t work there was nothing she could do. Again, no instructions on how anything worked. There were extension cords all over the upstairs, it was hard to find a direct socket. The top part of the stairway had no railing. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is the worst we have ever stayed in.

If you’re looking for a great getaway place in Erie, choose this house !! Great spot close to the peninsula. Waldameer, downtown and everything else fun around the lake ! Host was very helpful with all aspects, the property was extremely clean and spacious! Everything was grade A during our stay ! A++++

Nice but shady neighborhood
This place was clean and orderly. Check in and out was easy. The neighborhood was seedy at best and the owner gave me incorrect information on how far my marina was from the house. Luckily for me, I double checked. She told me 10 minutes and it was 36 minutes.
