It was a disappointment for me to enter the room. It is extremely small and old. The AC blew directly to the bed and far too noisy that i had to switch it off. And then the water dripping from the floor above to the top of the AC external unit prevented me from sleeping.
The only good thing about the hotel is that sthey have many staff and they are very helpful.
Our stay started on a down note as we were put in a room that was not what we had paid for on the website. The room was dark and damp and the paint was peeling off the walls in places. The breakfast was disappointing as they only had eggs and plain white bread. The rooftop terrace was dirty and dingy and did not look like it did on the website. After some argument they gave us a better room, but overall it was not my favorite place to stay.

After arriving at 2.15 am in the morning and having paid for 2 rooms through Expedia, they had only reserved 1 room. Then waited 90 mins to work out why there was only 1 room reserved, even though I had email confirmation from Expedia. Finally the guy at the front desk decided to contact the manager. After going through the same issue for the 4th time, with the manager, I lost the plot with the manager and after a few choice words, we had a room within 5 minutes. Then went to the room and the key would not work, after replacing it twice. Next morning, found that there were 2 other people that had the same problem with their room key.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit outdated (but still quite functional). There didn't seem to be hot hot water (just barely warm#, and we weren't sure if we turned the switch to the water heater on correctly but didn't bother checking this out because it was nice to take a cool shower during this hot #May# time of the year.
The bed contained a very thin mattress which was too firm for our liking. After the first few nights there, our backs started to ache. This was the main drawback for us.
The staff was very nice, and they brought us two one-litre bottles of water each day along with clean towels #which could have used some "Bounce" or "Downy" to soften their texture), so that was a nice touch. Being an American, I had trouble with the fast Indian/British accent. The Wi-Fi in the room worked well.
Despite all of the car noise (people honk their horns as much as they brake), the room was very quiet. It could be due to being in the middle of the building where there was no window view.
The location was perfect for us since it was within walking distance of the metro and other places we needed to be near.
I would stay here again if they changed the bed to something much less firm.
A good value for money hotel close to airports (both domestic and international) so ideal for one night stay prior to a next day flight. Staff are very friendly. Wifi in rooms is a bonus. Rooms clean and good size, hot water available (can switch on a boiler in the room yourself). Value for money breakfast, which is very convenient when having a morning flight and cheaper than dining in an airport. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Eurostar International!
