"convenient hotel, very close to the railway station"
hasslefree stay, good value for money, general ambience could be improved especially the toilets and maybe thicker or double glazed windows to reduce the noise from the traffic below for rooms facing the road.
Hotel Broadway is clean and comfortable and has a 1950s feel. It is situated right on the edge of Old Delhi and you can be in the bazaars in minutes. The Chor Bizarre restaurant is famous both for its cuisine and its quirky décor. The hotel is ideal for somebody who wants to experience Old Delhi in depth.
Having said all this the real joy of the hotel is its staff. They are friendly and helpful and can always find time to help even when the restaurant is taken over by the contents of a tour bus.
This was my second visit within a year and I shall definitely go back.

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip and was drawn in by the cheap price and good location. After booking, the hotel reached out to see if I needed picked up from the airport, and was very nice/efficient about arranging everything.
When I got to the hotel, I was disappointed that there was no wifi in the room, and I had to be in the lobby to read my emails, use whatsapp/viber, etc. The TV was also not working in my room, but this was only a minor disappointment as I spent most of my time out in the city. The mattress and bedding were also somewhat questionable.
Overall, if you're looking for a cheap hotel in a good location with a friendly staff, this is an okay pick, as long as you're not planning on spending much time in the hotel. It's ideal for a cheap place to crash at the end of your day, but that's about it.
Hi, we stayed in this hotel in October 2014. It was the best hotel we stayed in India. The hotel is new so everything was nice and clean there. Room was little bit small for the family but very cozy plus there is big balcony. Balcony was a big bonus. You can stand there and watch the traffic on the main street. Bed was so comfortable, once you put your head on the pillow, you fall asleep straight away. Water pressure in the shower was extremely good and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and nice. Food was good too. Kitchen is little bit small too. The first impression was they have nothing there, only tea, coffee and juice. But after you can find where to get things from. It is very compact hotel. Internet is free there which was excellent too. I will definitely recommend this hotel. If we ever go to Delhi again, we will stay only in this hotel. Well done, guys!
It was great to be received at the airport in an ac car. Our stay was very comfortable from a very luxurious room to the great choice of food on the menu. My previous stay was at Leela's Palace and for one eight the price, Ajanta offers great comfort. Great hotel close to the heart of Old and New Delhi.
Hotel Ajanta is located diagonally opposite the New Delhi Railway Station; Connaught Place is 1 km (0.5 miles) from here.More
