"We had a lovely stay,the bed was so comfortable ,an added coincidence was a painting in the room had my name in it ‘Kathleen’ and we were in room 1720 my birthday is on 17 August, also on opening the curtains in the morning the hot air balloons were floating past!! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only small problem was no handle in the coffee cup,it was a bit hot to hold, if you keep your cups like that you might want to have some sleeves to slip the hot cup into!"

"Great location and very approachable staff. The rooms were immaculate and the daily housekeeping was unexpected but done to a great standard. While the amenities and room itself were great, the lack of sound proofing on the windows is a major issue. Due to the location there is alot of street noise (particularly cars revving engines at night and people screaming on the street). On some days this made it very difficult to sleep."
