"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff."
