Bed and Breakfast in Dasmarinas

"The only issue we had was with the detergent used for the pillow covers and sheets, which caused my wife to have an allergic reaction. We covered the pillows with tshirts. Ordering breakfast with a little slower than expected as well."

"The hotel had friendly staff who were very accommodating considering I arrived at 1:30 am from not being able to find my previous booking. It included a great breakfast - would highly recommend and the price was very reasonable."

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

"Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage."

"Owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located along the main road and is nearby known restaurants. The only problem is the low water pressure of the bidet and shower, but other than that, our stay was superb. They provide good breakfast, too. "

"DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The reality when you come into their room is far from what you see on their site. The owner was very difficult to contact before my check-in. The room is pestered with lots of cockroaches creeping in the bed sheets. The foam is dirty and the curtains are smelly. I paid for breakfast but I did get one. Customer service sucks."

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "Rooms are extremely small and share one community restroom on each floor. The room I was placed in did not even resemble the room that was pictured. It was slightly smaller than my walk-in closet back home, yet they squeezed a bunk bed into the room."

"Love the space of the room, it’s quiet and accessible to shopping and dining. You don’t have to go out of the area, it’s just around the corner. One thing we recommended to the care taker is to spray for the tiny cockroach coming through the sewer. It comes out in nowhere. Other than that, all is well."
