"We really like this hotel. It was within walking distance to the sights of London. There was some quirkiness about the hotel. Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep. The second thing was the hotel staff could not repair the hotel in my room, they offered to change the room, but do you really want to move once you've unpacked? "As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "
