"Perfectly placed for beach access with a pathway through the garden. Gardens are gorgeous and well tended and the view from the bar is superb. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, well decorated and clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A truly relaxing and enjoyable weekend - highly recommended."

"We had a great stay at this lovely B&B run by a very welcoming couple, Margaret & Sandy. Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"

"Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! "My stay at the Rossmount B&B couldn’t be any better. We were welcomed by the owners and runners of the hotel whom are the best and most caregiving people. The hotel is very well Located, only a 3’ drive to the center of Inverness which as a city, really surprised me for good. The breakfast is from another level, they let you choose (not being excluding) within a range of meats, eggs, sides, apart from what they serve of fruits, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc. I had the best Haggis in Scotland...

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
