"large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely view of the city. They had a safe but the fridge was locked which I thought was a bit ridiculous. They did give us free water each day. We did room service one morning as we had to leave early and the food was great if expensive.. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet but we ordered off the menu which was cheaper. There was a small pool but we didn’t use it. Great location, though. "

"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

" Design focused hotel in the heart of the old city centre so close to much you will want to see. Quiet at night, rooms comfortable although some with limited outdoor light. Rooftop bar good with a small but nice pool. Staff all friendly and helpful, the manager was great and gave us lots of tips on where to go. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room but we survived the heat with a cool bag."

"Hotel staff go above & beyond to accommodate any need you may have. We used their airport pickup/drop off as well as a private driver to take us on a few tours. There was a charge of course but we found it to be reasonable & worth it. The are is safe & highly walking. Their rooftop restaurant & bar is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit."
