Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly and made you feel at home as well as being professional. He provided a great daily breakfast and a 24 hour snack bar that had more than just snacks. You can have a meal sandwiches, salads, coffee desserts you can stay and eat there 24 seven.

The hotel is good. The little thing they provide make it great. So coffee missing one day and no sugar or cream the other no coffee stirrers. Those kind of missing which they can correct would make the experience different. We have a hard time communicate with the staffs.

There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and attentive. On top of that, the hotel is great, beautiful and clean. Our room had a pretty balcony and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The area around it is packed with historical, dining, shopping and cultural attractions. Be warned, it can be very busy and traffic — both vehicle and pedestrian — can be very heavy, so if you’re looking for an isolated getaway, neither the hotel or CDMX’s centro histórico are your thing. Gracias, Eli, Lore, Didi and Beto and the rest of the staff! We loved there and will be back.

Loved this hotel! It was beautiful and located central to downtown and Zocalo. The 24 hour cafe was unbelievable. I’ve never stayed in a place that offered that. Plus the daily breakfast and service was wonderful too.
