"Quaint upstairs bungalow located near beach and downtown shopping/bar area. We were not up to speed on the Ocean Beach vibe, but if you are looking for an old time, relaxed beach experience, this is for you. Apartment unit was well stocked. Nothing fancy, but its the beach! Parking is limited to street. Not a problem in February, but might be a little challenging during the summer season."

"Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. "We had so much fun! We loved walking to the beach daily! Took an Uber everywhere, best choice ever! Enjoyed all the attractions we could take in while in San Diego! The property owner was the sweetest and very helpful! The property was clean, and big enough for my family of 3 and had great amenities."

"The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!"

"House was just what we needed and in a great location, just as advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Owners were communicative and responsive. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, there was significant road noise, which was sometimes distracting. "So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work...
