Flies everywhere & no parking
When we arrived there was a swarm of flies on the stairs by the front gate, due to fruit falling off the trees that hadn't been cleaned up. Once inside there were also many flies in the house. Not all the windows have screens, so we could not open them to get more fresh air in the house. We tried to park in the reserved space and it was taken. It is also in the alley, which you cannot get to from the house because you have to walk through the yard behind. There are "Beware of Dog" signs on both sides, so it is impassable. You have to walk all the way around to get to it, very inconvenient. There was usually street parking. The house was nice enough and bed comfortable, but I wouldn't stay again.

This listing was perfect for me! It's small, and ideal for hair 1-2 people, but it's very adorable and convenient. I had a great stay at it and enjoyed all of its amenities, especially how close it was to the beach.

Home was not as advertised. No AC so very hot at check in. Looked like a construction project still in the works. No room to move even for only two people. We left immediately and found other accommodations.

Beautiful Studio
Beautiful studio that was perfect for our little family of 4 (2 under 2 yo). Well equipped with everything that we needed for our 2 day stay. Nice back patio. Great location, walking distance to the bay and Fanuel Park. Our only issue was that a neighbor was parked in the “assigned” parking spot in the ally. We contacted the property management company and we were told that all we could do is have them towed. We asked the back neighbors if it was their vehicle and they moved it. There was also trash cans in the parking spot. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay and would stay again when visiting SD!!

Great location and comfy bed.
Two things to know if you are renting via VRBO: Owner will not respond to any inquiries sent via VRBO. You need to email Vacasa or use the Vacasa app if you want a response. Also, TV is listed as an amenity, and there is a flat screen TV on the wall, but according to a response from Vacasa, television is not one of the amenities available. If there's something you want to watch (in our case a Bowl Game), be prepared to watch on your own device.

I would say that this is the best place I have stayed at in San Diego over the last few months! The minor issues of some early-morning construction noise, some late night gathering noise on the other side of the patio noise, and my inability to get the late-model stove working did not knock this place from considering it my favorite! The decor is lovely, it is spotless, parking easy, and a central location! Good communication with the manager!
