"Close to Fisherman's wharf
Streets rooms are noisy"
The hotel is in a convenient location. Quick walk to Fisherman's Wharf and easy to catch the trolley. If you get a room overlooking the street I would ask for another room not facing north. The street is ridiculously noisy at all hours with traffic and trucks etc. also, they charge $50 a night parking.
Hotel was great, room was nice, and comfortable. Don't waste your time paying to eat at the restaurants in the hotel, venture out in the Wharf for food, better food options and not ridiculously overpriced.
"Great hotel in good location on Fisherman's Wharf"
Great location on the bustling Fisherman's Wharf area. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good decor including exposed brickwork. The hotel served free wine and beer between 5-6pm each night which was a nice touch. We could also hire bikes which was complementary on a first come first served basis. Overall very pleased.
We had a great experience at this hotel. We arrived before noon, and they allowed us to get checked in to a room when the normal check in wasn't until 3:00p. The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding, and well stocked. The location of the hotel puts you right near the Fishmen's Wharf, and within walking distance of many other attractions. The only two frustrations I had was that the air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room off as much as I preferred, and the valet parking was around $60 per day (and there was no option to self park at the hotel).
Very well appointed hotel in iconic SF location. Clean, safe, efficient, good staff. If you want cheap go to a suburb location. This is a well appointed, class facility, in a premier world class California location.
