We had family members over and it was the perfect gathering. The inviting porch overlooks beautiful scenery. The perfect place. Would definitely like to return!"

"This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. "We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!"

"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

We were told ahead of time there would be only 1 roll of toilet paper and a couple trash bags, but feel for the price these amenities would be better provided. "This house is perfect for large families! I’ve never seen so many beds in one house. Like someone else mentioned the driveway is a little Intimidating! It’s straight up and down! Also if you’re traveling with elderly folks they probably won’t be able to get down to the lake. My dad’s knees couldn’t do it .. but he loved the view just the same. "This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint."

"Absolutely the BEST Glamping experience one could ask for! High quality tent, beautiful site, clean and perfectly decorated. Truly, all you need is a backpack of clothes and a few groceries! "Zip and dip was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again,. However there were some issues, the biggest was that half the cabin did not have hot water. Secondly the pool had a lot of chlorine and irritated the kids faces."
