Brand new home near downtown! This home is a cheap Uber ride to downtown Knoxville or just a couple miles drive. Modern decor with free WiFi and smart TV’s. We’re very hospitable and will always seek to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There’s a door code for the side door so you can check in and check out with ease. Cute house in Old North Knoxville

Cute house in a good location. Very close to downtown, the old city and the University of Tennessee campus. Close to the interstate. Nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry facility.

Great house for family

This house was a great stay. Plenty of space for the seven of us with a nice yard for the kids. Quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive from pigeon forge, Dollywood, etc.

Happy Family Comoc Con trip

This property is so very nice, the neighbors are friendly the area is close to everything the rooms are all spacious and cleanliness is very amazing to see and is very much appreciated. The house has a wonderful anointing of peace which is rare but very thankful.

Perfect Knoxville Trip!

The property was great. Close to everything we needed and a quiet street. House was clean and owner responded quickly with any questions we had. Dishes were a little sparse and a colander for cooking with would have been nice. But overall, we would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fun little house

The house was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Everything was updated and clean. It was perfect for our small family gathering where we had a few outings but spent a lot of time watching mivies and playing games. The house is located in an older neighborhood which was quiet even on New Years Eve. Thanks for hosting us!

Knoxville review

This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was gross and had stains and hair on it. Would not stay again.

Nice and clean

This house was as-described, nice, and clean. The owner is nice and responds quickly and even left a note with some snacks for us. The living room furniture was comfy, and there were plenty of clean towels and extra blankets. I wish I had noticed sooner that there’s a light switch inside the kitchen cabinet closest to the fridge that provides lighting over the cabinets…just a heads up if you want a fancy night light to the kitchen. The only disappointing thing was one of the queen mattresses was worn out and very uncomfortable. I let the owner know when we checked out, and he plans on addressing it. The other 2 beds were comfortable. I’m leaving 5 stars because that was the only con and the owner seems super responsive, so I’m guessing it’s just one of those things nobody informed them of sooner.

We had a mishap with cleaning when checking in, the property owner was very responsive and helped us get settled in quickly. The experience was great, and our group was grateful for the kindness of the owner. Overall, the property was just what we needed for a game weekend in Knoxville.

Cozy home with perfect amount of space for our little family of 3. The location was spot on for being close to downtown (1.5 miles) and to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Neighborhood was quiet--we enjoyed both mornings and evenings out on the porch.

Well designed rental, nice decor and the amenities you need are all right there! For a night it was just me and my daughter and so I always like to give the “just ladies” feedback which is the neighborhood is off of a more industrial feeling area. The houses seem like some are people who have been there a very long time and others that seem like the artsy flipping and other cute updates and classic like this rental is. We felt safe and easy access to UTK by jumping on the highway which was why we were in Knoxville!
