"Neat and clean "

"Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times...

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next."

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed anything there was someone there to help me. The rooms are nice and clean. It is quite spacious, in fact, it’s almost like two rooms because there’s a sitting area and a large wardrobe for storing belongings. My room was peaceful and quiet at night, even though the hotel is located near the airport. The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with all the amenities.
