Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! "This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks. "
