We took the jacuzzi suite for a night, it was alright. The ambiance of the room was not that appealing; also my husband pointed issues with plumbing in the bathroom. For the price we paid (for the jacuzzi suite), I didn't think it was worth it. Staff seemed helpful during check-in process, we didn't really point our issues to them as they weren't too pressing and we stayed there only for a night.
Overall, this place is good if you're crashing for a night or so.
My husband and I, along with our 4 kids stayed here while visiting the St. Louis Zoo. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. They were all comfy and the room was large enough for our whole family. We didn't feel cramped at all. We had plenty of channel choices for the TV (they have DirectTV) and the WiFi was fast (and free). We used the pool...a basic indoor pool. Small and humid in the room, but perfect for the kids to burn some energy. We visited the bar, and the drinks were good. The free breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices....biscuits and gravy, yogurt bar, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, fruit, bread/pastry assortment, juice, coffee, etc. There was also a coffee bar where you could order premium Starbucks coffee drinks. The hotel was next to the mall, so lots of shopping/dining choices within walking distance. We were a short 15 min. drive from the zoo, but out of the bustle of the city. We would stay here again!!

One night stay with my family of four after a road trip to Six Flags St. Louis from Kansas City, MO. We chose this hotel over others closer to the theme park specifically for the room accommodations, free hot breakfast, indoor pool, free wifi, and the list goes on! The Whirlpool Suite was well worth it's price to add a special touch to our short weekend getaway.
This hotel well was clean and amazing. Hotel staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. Pool was clean, hot tub was iffy, beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast options were of great variety. Location was great. They gave us extra things that we forgot. Very friendly to my children while they went back and forth to the pool and fitness room. Never complained about them being kids.
Perfect. From the time we checked in until the time we left. The staff were extremely nice, along with the rooms. And the area for the lucky ones to have rooms overlooking the green trees, river and of course the ducks, it was truly beautiful. (Especially arriving from CA where it's very dry and brown. This was beautiful).
