Clean comfortable bed. Shower floor, dirty, and needs scrubbed. We wore our flip-flops. Coffee is from some automatic machine no fresh brewed coffee. Upon check-in, the staff member told us there was only one luggage cart and they never know where it is and she did not offer to get it or find it. We were to stay on the third floor and a luggage cart is needed for that.

They do the best job of any hotel that we have ever stayed at as far as taking care of ADA. They had a low bed, which I thought was very helpful. All the other hotels that we stayed at during this trip had that that were very high for a disabled person and a challenge to get into at night. The people who ran this hotel were very friendly and made the feel welcome.

Hotel was central to what we needed to do while in St. Louis. Property was clean. Check in went smoothly. Didn't see much staff after the initial check in. Room clean. Noticed that back door was not locked and anyone could walk into the property.

Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but very dim and tight. The room fits four but was very tight with one child. The bathroom door opened toward the bathroom, which made it very tight. Overall, the hotel needs an update. The breakfast was okay but the waffle mix was separated as my son tried pouring it on the waffle maker. I chose this hotel because of the location. The hotel was fine but I would not recommend.

Our shower only had cold water. The air conditioner was noisy. Although my breakfast was adequate it was not hot. The bedside table had coffee stains on it but we didnt drink coffee On a positive note the beds were quite comfortable.
