For some reason, whoever was staying on the floor above me made an insane amount of noise. I called the front desk to complain that it's unacceptable that someone is making so much noise at 11 p.m. The person I spoke to at the front desk didn't seem to care and half-heartedly said she would call the room. The noise finally stopped at 1 a.m. I had a six-hour drive the next morning and didn't get to sleep at all. This was a horrendous stay.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled very good the moment my husband and I entered. Our room was neat, loved his name was on the tv in a welcome greeting. Only con was the young lady at the front desk who did not say her name and was kind of non professional while checking us in. Other then that it was a wonderful stay.

Very clean hotel and is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. Staff is helpful and the room was perfect. The only thing they could improve upon is their breakfast. Paying a higher premium for the room should have this included.
