Fridge, microwave tea coffee and more. You have everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. Secluded with a beautiful garden to explore. "Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and took very good care of us - thank you."

"Holly House is a lovely place to stay - Dee is the most delightful host and her garden is just gorgeous. The room was perfect for my two-night stay in the area, to visit relatives and National Trust properties. A very comfortable bed, and hot shower. The breakfast options were excellent and set me up for the day ahead. The proximity (within easy walking distance) of a good country pub, The Red Lion, was a bonus for evening meals - highly recommended. I would love to return one day to Holly...
