"Our stay in Palazzo Salgar was nice, good for the price we paid, it was $168 CAD for the night. We were greeted with very friendly reception, and given a map and info about what to do in the area. Our room was clean, and was provided multiple soaps, vanity sets and shower caps. The property is well maintained, however the area surrounding the hotel is very run down with a lot of abandoned buildings and shops. "Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging.
