Host extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful- room immaculate with everything we needed and in lovely vibrant colours. Host available to offer support and guidance on booking taxis , activities etc. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Short distance to train station and local amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Beautiful building with a lovely room and balcony. Best water pressure for an amazing shower! Bed was comfy and room was very secure. Loved everything about this room and the neighborhood in Napoli. We will stay here again when we return! Grazie Anna and Rita!

Beautifully decorated room in city centre

Annapoli rooms was a fanastic little gem in Naples. The owners were extremely kind and helpful with all parts of the check-in process. The room was also very tastefully decorated and both the main bed and the extra bed they put for us were highly comfortable (which we appreciated after many hours of travelling!) and with high-quality sheets. We would definitely go here again if in Naples!!

Clean, Friendly, Centrally Located

The hotel is more of a small collection of rooms with a central desk area. It is very centrally located, walkable to the historic center and train stations. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and the staff is very flexible about meeting your needs. Check-in requires a little bit of focus to coordinate with the staff, since the hotel is located in a bit of a winding corridor.

Staff were excellent, very responsive. Property was clean and had nice amenities. Location is brilliant right next to all the transport links. Rooms are advertised as soundproof, I wouldn't agree. The sound is just normal. Overall, highly recommend!

Very nice renovated and clean rooms, in an ancient charming building. Very convenient location just in front of the metro/ main line and walkable to centro storico. Few minutes by car to the port. Parking options nearby, very well known antica pizzeria de michele at 3mns walk. Anna the host is an amazing helpful lady. Very caring, she helped us a lot, she helped in finding a close safe guarded parking, she ordered a taxi for us for the airport (taxi was very punctual and nice). She even gave us the keys to keep our luggage in the hotel after check out until the time for our flight. She surprised us with a bottle of prosecco with a note and a nice decoration for our anniversary and she had filled the mini bar with free snacks and drinks. Amazing host! Thank you Anna!

Lovely place

It was initially difficult to locate the place because it is a private hotel tucked in a building of offices and residences, but I finally found it with the kind help of the store employee downstairs and the hotel manager. The place is safe, clean, and convenient. You won't find someone at the front desk at all times, but you can contact the manager via WhatsApp and she will reply very soon with any concerns or needs you may have. She speaks minimal English, and I don't speak Italian, so it was a bit of a challenge at first, but with the help of Google translate, we managed. I appreciate that it is a quiet, family-friendly place. No extra frills, just the necessities - a clean space for sleeping, with wifi and breakfast essentials, as well as a great bathroom and shower. I'd return to this place in future visits to Napoli!

The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. The AC worked great which seems to be a luxury in Italy (fair to poor AC in Rome and Pisa). My daughter loved the large balcony to have offer and people watch. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night in Napoli before heading to Ischia, and this place was great for our stay. We had a room for 4 people, which might’ve been a bit small for a longer stay but it was just right for one night. The room was clean and new, and we had coffee and breakfast included. We had a small balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The location is also excellent, it was really easy to get to the port. We arrived quite late due to some flight delays, and we were still accommodated and helped at check in. All in all, we had a great stay at Annapoli Rooms and would definitely consider it again during our next visit to Napoli!

Anna and the team at Annapoli rooms were phenomenal. Our stay here was brilliant, the room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The location is very convenient as it is immediately adjacent to the Duomo subway station.
