"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

I was just passing through Naples, so I was looking for a safe place to stay for a night that was also affordable, and this place was perfect for that. I did not have breakfast as I had an early flight, but there were some croissants and juice waiting in my room, and Federico arranged for transport to the airport early in the morning. Everything was clean and colorful, and I was very glad for the in-room air conditioning! "
