"The house was as advertised and very clean. The house instructions were clear and check out instructions where minimal. We had some slight confusion on working the thermostat and the bedrooms became much warmer in the evening, than the main areas. But as long as you knew that you could turn the temperature way down. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was a great location for us to spend two evenings during our visit."

"Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!"

"This is a spacious, comfortable home. Walking distance to dining, wine and convenience store. A bit far to downtown Harpers Ferry, but doable. We brought our own grill for outdoor cooking. Amy was super responsive to all my questions prior to our trip. I'd recommend this location to friends and family if ever in the area."

"This is a lovely home in a beautiful location. The hosts were wonderful and friendly. We were attending a wedding at Stone Tower Winery and this is the prefect location - less than a mile from the winery (great for that late night drive home from the wedding)! The home is also very close to downtown Leesburg."

"My family and I decided to book this home for our Easter holiday. I am so glad that we did! We absolutely loved this home. The downstairs was perfect for our kids, just the best hangout area for them to relax and have their own space. The fenced in yard and gated deck was perfect for our pup too. It was just so picturesque, and we really enjoyed the neighbor's chickens and herd of deer that'd visit daily. "Loved our stay at the cottage! We got take out from the brewery one night and cooked all other meals during our 3 night stay with another couple. Kitchen had everything we needed. "My fiancé and I celebrated our joint bachelor party at this gorgeous property and we had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and better than the photos in my opinion. Each room was stunning and comfortable for our 18 total guests. And the location was fantastic too! We were a 2 min drive to Twin Oaks Winery and there is a brewery right next door too! 10/10 and can’t wait to visit again!"
