"Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests.
