"The shower head hose was broken so it was spraying everywhere. The drain did not drain properly and it flooded the bathroom. I told the woman at the front desk and she said she would send more towels to the room to clean up the water, but never did. Maintenance was gone already for the night so no fixing it. At 2am it sounded like a cleaning crew in the halls and it was so loud."
