"I wonder if our original property address got changed along the way. I didn't realize there were 2 different addresses mentioned in communications so we went to wrong address first then looked at later communication that had different address . Finally figured it out when picture and codes for locks did not match at first address. Took a while to reach manager to get into property at later address as room lock code had also been miscommunicated. So "bed" room is exactly that- just a bed. Kitchen...

"They keep this place so clean. The rooms are perfect for what you pay and the kitchen is always nice. Two seating areas to eat. The beds were comfortable and big fans in the rooms, since they don’t have A/C. All in all, very comfortable and I hated leaving, couldn’t rebook because they are always booked up. I’d definitely stay again. Oh, I left my passport, of all things and they weee very timely in helping me out. Thank you"

"We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a residential neighborhood, with frequent buses during the day to take you to downtown. Downstairs is a nice shared kitchen. Private rooms with attached private bathrooms are upstairs. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! On the small side but fits a couple just fine. Vince was a great host, very communicative and friendly over email. Note that they use an additional reservation process, so once you reserve you will need to respond to emails to sign...

"The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!"

"Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this...

"Itbwas a little small, more like a hotel room than anything. However, it was nice and quiet, and the overall ambiance of the room was nice. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic."

"The property is worn and could use a deep cleaning but the bed was comfortable and the shower warm. The breakfast was plentiful but it wasn’t a hot one, however, I have Celiac Disease and had plenty to eat. Picked up from the airport in a timely manner, and yes, the washers and dryers are free!"
