This property was a hidden gem. I needed to stay close to Swedish Hospital and the location was perfect. Walkable area with plenty of restaurants. For the price, you have a very safe and clean place to stay. Loved the charm and artwork .

Plus: good neighborhood with dining and cafe choices within 1-2 blk radius. Room clean, well stocked with towels Minuses: no on-site assistance. Everything handled remotely. No natural light on ground floor without losing privacy. A “small” room is small! Impression: This is a funky Airbnb though advertised as “boutique” Recommendations: Ask for room above 1st; arrange for keycard. Wireless connection for entry is unreliable
