Great staff, the hotel is a short drive from all ppints of interest. I want to especially thank Reham from the concierge, she was excellent and had great communication. She made the stay very smooth and relaxed.

I can not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 1 night after our Nile cruise before we went back to Luxor. The rooms were in bad repair with peeling walls and bathroom repairs needed. It looked nothing like the picture from booking. Some of the staff were very friendly and deserve credit but several ...
