The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). "First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"Stayed from 5/10/24 thru 5/16/24 with a group of 4. Had to get 2 rooms and we were able to get them next to each other. The rooms are on the small end. Bed was comfortable in my opinion but there was a lot of dust. Cleaning was minimal with only the towels and bedding getting changed, trash taken out and it looked like the bathroom was cleaned."
