Had a minor issue in the first room, staff was very kind and accommodating and even upgraded us to a better room! Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and welcoming as well.

Panorama Suites Downtown Toronto
The panorama suites are NOT a hotel. These are individual apartments rented out in a residential building. There are no front desk nor services available. Communication is through emails and texts. The view from our room was beautiful and the price was very good.
