Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
Property and surrounding area scenery breath taking this winter with all the snow. Buildings are ‘tired’ and could use updating… not the cleanest but staff did eventually come by to do a thorough vacuum, especial soft furnishings and rugs. Restaurant was adequate. Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
Checking in and out was nice and easy! We also really enjoyed using the hot pool and sauna. Our room was on the same floor as the hot pool, so there was a chlorine smell which would have been harder to deal with if we had stayed for longer than two nights. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The resort is a bit dated and could use some upgrades (e.g. bigger TVs in which you could use Roku devices to play movies, or Smart TVs). Having "Do not Disturb" signs on the door would be helpful.
