"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was on the smaller side but perfect for what we needed. The room looked very clean, until apon further inspection i saw that a drink had been spilled on the front of the dresser. Also a 5inch spill on wall. I fixed them. Lol. Otherwise it was very nice. 5 Oct 2019We came to Jasper after staying in Canmore and spending time in Banff. We really liked the laidback less touristy feel of Jasper. There were great cafes & restaurants too.

23 May 2019Unbelievable place , very friendly except taxi driver who was having a bad day. All bus drivers very informative and helpful nothing was a problem always stopped to see wildlife. Miss it already
