Muy bonito el hotel, con qcceso a varias estaciones de metro, todas como a 600m. Brinda flexibilidad pero no tiene una estacion tan cerca como otros hoteles

Excellent property with great walkable access.

Customer service training with a few of the staff is suggested . When issues were brought to the attention of management they were taken care of.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was surprisingly clean, organized, and well equipped. The washer/dryer in the room was nice with the provided laundry detergent. The bathroom and kitchen were clean with all utensils wrapped in plastic bags for cleanliness. I was able to leave my luggage after check out which were locked up by staff. The room was spacious with king size bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean property in a quiet location. Washing machine was a bonus

The breakfast is very expensive atleast $30per person, so it would be great if the hotel could offer better breakfast deals or packages. The location is excellent and very convenient, so we highly recommend staying here. We also loved having convenient shops inside the hotel, especially Tully’s Coffee and 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for a quick meal or coffee. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.
