Downtown Los Angeles3 nights4.5 star property8.4/10 - Very good (1,907 reviews)"It was adequate as in the room itself was nice with a lot of space and had a really nice view. The whole property smelled like weed to the point where I could not even open up the balcony door because people were smoking on their own balconies. We only got one bath towel the whole time and we found hair on some of the dishware we got. The plumbing was not well done and we would get the smell of sewage every so often. It was fine for our trip but would not come back"Reviewed November 8, 2026Return • Auckland (AKL) - Los Angeles (LAX)AKL - LAX • 1 stop LAX - AKL • 1 stopNZ$3,882NZ$3,221found 18 hours agoper traveller - Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

I was excited initially at check in as the concierge said there was an upgrade available for us…. We had to move rooms twice. The first room was musky & dirty with pee all over the toilet. Second room, the carpets were wet and the room had a terrible sweet moldy smell. The staff were very kind and attentive but at this price the room quality was unacceptable. Do not recommend staying here sadly"Reviewed November 7, 2026Return • Auckland (AKL) - Los Angeles (LAX)AKL - LAX • 1 stop LAX - AKL • 1 stopNZ$3,944NZ$3,338found 18 hours agoper traveller - The LINE Hotel LA

The walk to the venue was short and the walk to Hollywood blvd was just as short. Valet parking so you never have to worry about your car while staying. Have no complaints"
