Lovely property had everything we needed. We had an ocean view, the staff was friendly, it is older but the pools were clean and beautiful with Hawaiian foliage and beach front Kaanapali. Liked that we had kitchen and laundry in our unit. Easy access to the island.

It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there.

Super friendly staff. Especially the gift shop employee who was also Filipino! Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel welcome during our stay. Room was clean and always cleaned.
