We had great stay. Would recommend others to stay there as well.

Only thing I would improve on is the fridge was really small. Romms are excellent, restaurants are great, staff was friendly and professional.

Nothing but good on this property, and the fact that its neighbor is a french style coffee shop is a bonus. Central location to Granville Street and others makes it perfect for finding eateries and more. My only complaint is that you need to be tall to access the hotel safes. If they can do something about that .....

A fabulous appartment for a family of 5. We loved the pool and the balcony.

We stayed the night before we set sail on our cruise from the port attached to this hotel. They set our bags out in the morning and they took directly to ship. It was wonderful and so convenient. Well worth the money to stay at this beautiful hotel with a lovely view.

Everyone was exceptional friendly, courteous and professional. Helped us find a great restraint, helped with luggage and gave wonderful advice. Loved the long coats and Bowler hats on the footmen.
