Cancun Scuba Diving Holidays

The staff (our family) is amazing...the dedication, hard work, service, and smiles they give us every day is beyond compare. Obelia, Faliciano, Abram, Mauricio, Vermon, Allan, Paula, Jair, Edgar, Angel, Leo, Lizith always show us respect, and make our trip alot of fun. The only downsize this trip was the air in our room did not work well, and we would sweat every night even with a patio door cracked.

Room was fairly clean, the toilet could have used a deep cleaning. The staff were all AMAZING! Very courteous and helpful. The pools were all great, the ocean was amazing! Kid friendly, good atmosphere! The food was a let down. We did enjoy the t bone at LaVista, and the salad bar. I wish there were more variety at the buffet. Or switch food up for breakfast buffet. The entertainment was okay. We played Bingo, did a dance lesson, volleyball, laraoke, and it was all very enjoyable! We would recommend this resort, and we will return in the future, next time with the kids!

The spa was amazing! Alberto at the Cabana and Johnathan behind the bar went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The room and facility were always clean and the food options were good. Olio was my favorite! Loved having an ocean view room!

The property was well clean and well maintained. Restaurant choices not as great as years past but the staff was outstanding. Betsabe and Blanca are two world class Restaurant Mgrs. They can solve any problem. Very professional, intuitive and customer oriented. Royal Sands is very lucky to have them both. Eduardo and Moises are the best of the best at the Char Hut. All of the staff are excellent there.
