The resort is well maintained, clean, large rooms/bathrooms, and has a nice beach with snorkeling. We enjoyed our stay there. The only problem is the buffet in the La Posada restaurant which the food was horrendous. The other restaurant options were excellent.

Explorean was nice and quiet. If you want to relax and rest, make sure to go to explorean, not fiesta americana which is quite noisy and busy.

The hotel was excellent. The pool is a highlight and the staff were great. And the beach is right there. Club 91 lounge was good which served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My only complaint was that 2 of the 4 elevators were undergoing maintenance. My only inconvenience, not a negative of the hotel.

"Been coming here many years. Location how it blends with nature. As a scuba diver we are very close to excellent dive sites. Short boat rides. Entertainment is wonderful. Food selection is never the same night after night, like some resorts. We will be back"

"My family and I visited the resort in August with a group of 11, and we had so much fun. I would definitely give the resort five stars!
