This is a wonderful resort!! Very friendly staff!!

We stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and overall had a good experience. The resort was clean, quiet, and the greenery around the property was beautiful. A few downsides stood out. Pool chairs were taken by 7 AM every morning, making it tough to enjoy the pool unless you got up early. The food was good but not great—lots of options, just nothing especially memorable. All of the restaurants except the buffet always had an hour+ wait at dinner time. For families, the lack of a laundromat was inconvenient. Laundry service is available, but it’s very expensive. The gift shop had a great selection, but prices were high. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The hotel and rooms are clean. The food lacked taste and a bit of quality.

Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day. 2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water.
