We (family of four including two young kids) loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. There is a 7-11 below the hotel which was extremely convenient. There are two subway stations within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely staff. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Amazing flavor. Staff even walked us all the way to our Shinkansen when we left! I mean all the way to the platform. SO incredibly hospitable. Thank you for everything.
