Staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing views from Junior Suite. Beautiful food and cocktails. Close to beach and shops. Would highly recommend staying here. An overall wonderful experience for my first time in Phuket. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, excellent spa, and very relaxing all round.

If you are looking for a private and quiet stay away, this is definitely a great choice. As the main restaurant was closed for renovations, we were limited to the two restaurants. The menu catered to both western and thai offerings, but one may feel that there was not much variety if one was planning to have all meals within the resort (eg. breakfast menu was exactly the same for all days we were there). Room was very comfortable and clean. The tub in the room offered some alternative activity on a slightly rainy day when the pool is not available. Small touches were appreciated - turn down services included local snacks which we got to try, celebratory gestures to celebrate anniversary and a birthday (eg. cake & sparkling wine) were made available complimentary. As the area is a little remote, I'm glad that the resort provided complimentary shuttle services to both Chaweng and Lamai. Also appreciated the hotel app which made communication with various concierge and hotel services very easy. Responses were super prompt. I recommend the massages at the spa - suggest to book in advance to secure a slot.

This is a great hotel well located and c lose to all amenities including the restaurant strip

First room was dirty. They changed the room. Food was misteken 2 times. And was cold. Breakfast is limited and dosent taste good. Not a 5 star hotel

Facilities are amazing and so very clean. Pools, gym, restaurants, breakfast and gardens are all excellent and staff are so friendly and helpful. A shout out to Hendra, our room attendant too We can’t wait to stay here again

Room we were in was behind area where maintenance is done so could be quite noisy in the morning. TV reception very poor and kept freezing- annoying when trying to watch a movie.

The bed linings on this facility is nasty, the pillow protector smell of previous visistor's sweat. They should have use freshener for bed linen. Smell gross. Otherwise very nice surrounding, and staffs.
