Truly beautiful hotel, loved the views of the ocean and river, the room was lovely, the staff were so gracious; do not miss the breakfast buffet - it was exceptional and outdid all of its competition throughout my travels in Japan.

There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come.

The Grand Hyatt is the perfect luxury stay in Tokyo. The rooms are beautiful, and the property is centrally located in the vibrant Roppongi neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again. This time I requested air freshener and they provided an air filter. The pillow covers smelled and I think the pillows too. I used the hotel towel to cover the pillow I was sleeping in. I had booked the hotel for 8 nights. 😑

Lovely room. Had a spa treatment (deep tissue massage) which was excellent. Food was excellent - the lobster omlette with bisque sauce (part of the standard options for breakfast buffet) was exceptional

Clean, neat, very friendly staffers. Good food

Bar was great. It has a great Skylight View and great drinks
