We liked the hotels location and amenities. The disappointing experience was the smell in our room. There was a strong musty mildew smell as the rooms carpets were damp upon checking in. Despite airing out the room the offensive smell remained. Hotel staff were unable to relocate us to another room. Therefore the hotel received the fair rating. If smell sensitive would not recommend.

In my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Hawaii! It has a private beach and a wonderful staff. It is very relaxing.thank you!!

Fabulous hotel & perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help whenever we had questions. Traveling with my daughter, we really appreciated the safe and relaxing atmosphere. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Hawaii. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Our room was great. We had an absolutely beautiful view from our balcony. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The kitchen was a nice surprise. We made good use of the pool. It was wonderful not to be completely surrounded by other hotels which added to the beauty of the view.
