Excellent in every way. Especially Igor at Breakfast along with the rest of the staff.

It’s a lovely modern hotel. Our room was a good size by Tokyo standards. The bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. This was our first visit to Tokyo and I think we should have selected a different location than shinjuku, a livelier area than usual to our taste.. The only real criticism involves breakfast, which was tasty, however the wait for a table and subsequent service was extraordinarily long - 1/2 hour one morning, Also, one evening at dinner, my wife’s dinner order was switched at the last minute and replaced by a fish we’ve never heard of. All in all, it was good but perhaps not the best value.

Great place to stay right next to a lot of the main things in Shinjuku. Small room, but typical size in Japan. Very clean and well/maintained place.
