North Orlando Mountain Holidays

The resort was wonderful. The resort pools and the water park within the resort were amazing, both of our kids had lots of fun. Some parts of the resort could use some renovating, but the price we paid I believe its well worth it. If you can afford pool view or water park view I strongly recommend doing that otherwise you will be doing a lot of walking to get to the pools.

Broken door handles, property was not clean. Limited staffing

We booked a one bedroom cottage and it was in pretty rough shape. The fridge handle was completely broken off, the ice maker didn’t work, the cottage was dirty, and there was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the unit. The front desk staff was great and quickly moved us to upgraded cottage, which was much better. It still could have used a deep clean, but it was a huge improvement. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because we tried to avoid the lobby. The timeshare sales people were extremely pushy and constantly trying to get us to attend a presentation. Overall, the staff did a great job making things right, but our first impression was not good. Based on our experience, I’d avoid the one bedroom cottages. There are only two on the property, and at least one of them is in serious need of attention.

This hotel is by far the best for and luxury amenities for adults and kids of all ages !!! I prefer this over the Ritz any day
