"Great staff. Stay was very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised the room done neatly everyday. I would just ask the housekeeping folks to ensure the conditioner, body wash bottle is full. Day 1 conditioner bottle was already empty. Day 3 the body wash got over so took bath using the shampoo liquid...lol. Was too busy to inform the folks as these days rooms don't come equipped with hotel service phones to call."

"The bathtub stayed clogged and the kitchen needs more staff wait time for food is too long. "

"The smell of that place was just horrible. The toilet didn’t work, had to use the public one on the first floor, no housekeeping and they charge you 20 plus tax to park there daily? We are supposed to be guests not random people looking for a parking spot. NEVER AGAIN."

"We have stayed here 10 times probably. We love it here. We will be back 4 more times this year. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Pools clean. Theres a area for kids. They do movies by the pool at night."

"This is a great hotel if you literally need to find a bed and sleep for less than 24 hours. Our flight got in late to Orlando and we were going on a cruise the next morning. It is a perfect place for that. However, the walls are thin. People are so loud and rude. I was with my family and we had somehow an adjoining room and someone at three in the morning tried to come in. The hotel is old and dirty. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Room cleaned after 3rd day, people at the diner needs to be more friendly, they tried to charge me twice for my breakfast and didn't even apologize. "

"Rooms are very clean and was cleaned daily. The pools could use a better filtering system and less chlorine."

"The pools were great and pretty clean. Especially the "Adult only" pool. However, the waterpark was not included and was an additional $25 per person, per day. This was not conveyed to me when we booked. Our room had much wear and tear but served its purpose. The cleaning staff never once came and cleaned our room or changed out our towels. We had to go find towels every day! I would give this resort 3 out of 5 stars. Also, it was a time share resort and there were people touring everywhere. And I had to go thru a speech in order to get my parking pass. Again, this was not conveyed when I booked the hotel."
