"The dehumidifier in the bathroom did not have a switch to turn on and off… imagine this blowing while you’re attempting to sleep. I visited the front desk multiple times to request that someone come in and shut it off to no avail. Outside of that the room was nice"

"Our phone never worked the whole time even though I reported it to the desk clerk upon arrival. Our TV didn't work and I had to call again. The bathroom was dirty and the sofa sleeper was all bent up and my husband couldn't sleep. They have a good breakfast and the staff were very nice but the property needs attention."

"Breakfast was ok, but I really enjoyed the omelette I got. Parking was a bit tight at first but not bad once I moved after check-in to a different entrance closer to our room. I didn't like how so many walkways were blocked or sectioned off. Also, there was a lot of teens running around, being loud and rowdy, without adult supervision. "

"the room was generally grimy there was hair all over the bathroom sink the lamps were rusted the chair in the room was covered in hair and stains like it might have just been pulled out of a dumpster the towel in the room had hair on it and it took me going up to the lobby 3 different times to be able to get a clean towel. this place was discusting and if i had anyother choice i would have changed my stay for ANYWHERE else "
