Hannie( employee from Philippines) at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.
Upon my arrival, she offered to upgrade my stay to a corner suite that has both river view and city view.
The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for.
I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden.
